Not yet. But we have multiple warehouses in the USA, and packages usually can be delivered in 3-7 business days.
We offer FREE standard shipping via UPS/USPS/FedEx to the continental United States for orders over $70. Please note that shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and International addresses is NOT currently available.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our products are shipped from overseas warehouses in the United States and will be delivered from the nearest overseas warehouse based on your address.
No, we only ship to the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii and other islands are also not available yet.
Every package contains detailed instructions and accessories. We don't sell installation tools separately. If the package you receive is missing parts, please contact us in time and we will arrange redelivery for you free of charge.
We’ll try! As long as your order hasn’t been picked up by the delivery company, we should be able to cancel it. Please contact us at service@nalupatios.com to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
