If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at service@nalupatios.com with your order number, if you want to ask for a return. Please DO NOT send back to the shipping address.
*For orders made via 3rd-party sellers, including Amazon, please contact us for the right returning address.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.
- Provide your order details, including the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps for returning the item(s).

Return
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product. Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
- If the return is caused by the customer, customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. And there will be a $5 restocking fee per package.
Please note that:
1 Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2 The item must be in its original condition and packaging for a valid return. Any signs of damage, wear and tear, or alterations will deem the item ineligible for return.
3 Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
4 ‘Limited Sales’ products may not be eligible for returns if there are no issues with the product.
Items not returned in a good condition (obviously damaged or affects secondary sales) may be subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Fee
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. In the rare event that your Nalupatio product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you within the continental United States. We offer FREE standard shipping via UPS/USPS/FedEx to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you choose to pay the additional expense.
If you would like to have a replacement product shipped to an address outside the continental United States, you will need to pay the shipping costs.
When it comes to placing a wrong order/entering a wrong address/doesn't need the item anymore, etc, the customer needs to undertake the return shipping cost.
Refund
A refund will be issued the next day once the item has been inspected, which may take 4-6 days to be processed by your credit card provider.
Not refundable part
- Special Order items (Items that are made to order).
- The shipping fee by the customer paid for premium shipping service/international shipping service.
- Re-sale products.
- No installation services fee(contacted by customers himself/herself) will be refunded for a return, installation and dis-assembly are not services that we provide.
